This warranty covers manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect and abuse or natural wear and tear. The periodic inspection of your jewelry is the best way to safeguard against potential problems. Regular maintenance of your jewelry is required to uphold your warranty.

Warranty exceptions and exclusions:

• Any damage to your jewelry caused by negligence, abuse or natural wear and tear.

• If another jeweler performs any repair work on an item purchased from Katalio.com, we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the warranty becomes null and void.

If you need to return merchandise due to defects, please contact us here. Once received, we will carefully examine the defected merchandise and determine if the above criteria is met. Once approved, we will ship out your replacement item at no additional charge within 10 business days.
