You have 30 days from the date you received your items to make a return. 

In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns are handled fairly, We may require a receipt or decline your return in some situations, such as:

• Products that were not bought directly from 'Katalio.com'.
• Products without receipts.
• Products that are not in a brand new condition.
• Products that are not in their original packaging.
• Products that have been defaced, soiled, or contaminated.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal account, or any other original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your original payment method.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
